Prince S. Tokpah, MPA, PMP

Prince Tokpah examines how policy, technology, education, and economic trends shape workforce outcomes and opportunities for individuals, organizations, and communities.

His research and commentary focus on workforce development, human capital strategy, the future of work, artificial intelligence, labor market dynamics, education innovation, and economic opportunity. PPV translates policy decisions and labor market signals into clear, evidence-based insights for practitioners, policymakers, researchers, and civic leaders.

Prince is a policy analyst, workforce development strategist, and public administration professional with over a decade of experience designing, managing, and evaluating programs at the intersection of public policy, education, technology, and economic opportunity. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Liberty University and is currently a PhD Candidate in Workforce and Organizational Development at Old Dominion University's Darden College of Education and Professional Studies.

His professional career spans government-aligned program management, instructional design, organizational training, and civic leadership. He has designed workforce training programs for nonprofit and government clients, facilitated digital literacy and cybersecurity workshops for adult learners at South Cobb Regional Library (Mableton, GA) in partnership with the Cobb County Public Library System — including the Stay Safe Online cybersecurity workshop (August 4, 2026) and the Stronger Communities Workshop series (August 18, 2026) — and managed cross-sector educational partnerships through CivicsEDU. As Principal Consultant at Tokpah Global, LLC, he has led organizational needs assessments, competency-based training design, and workforce readiness initiatives — including a redesigned onboarding program for 100+ new hires that reduced time-to-productivity by 20%. He is a U.S. Army Veteran, having served as a Logistics Team Lead with full accountability for a $2.3M equipment inventory.

Prince is the Founder of Wola Institute of Technology (wolainstitute.org), a free online workforce training platform delivering certificate programs and vocational training to learners across Liberia and West Africa. He presented at Liberia's National Student Symposium (2026) on workforce-education alignment before Ministry of Education stakeholders. He also serves as an appointed Planning Board Member for the Town of Huntersville, NC, and is a member of the Program & Public Policy Committee of the National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA).
